I can't identify what that is. What is it?

I see . . . ham, tomato, onion, egg and what appears to be noodles, but may actually be cheese, since the flikr page it's linked from describes it as a "ham and cheese salad." That's about as "random" as you're gonna get, I think.

You're all wrong! Autism is caused by an alien race which lays its eggs into the brains of infants. When the eggs hatch (when the infant is roughly 2 or 3 years old) the spirit of these creatures integrate with the child's brain. These "spirits" are parasites and feed off of activity in the brain. Because of this, it makes the child struggle to learn basic communication skills. But this isn't the worst part. The worst part is that the spirit will begin to completely integrate into the child's brain, deleting information that was previously taught to them, causing the child to be essentially dead and replaced by the spirit. These spirits have a strong interest in whatever field and send back this information back to the mothership. Once all the information has been gathered, the aliens who have not been assigned the job of informant will come down to the planet earth and sell our heavy metals to the intergalactic black market and kill every life form on the planet earth to be processed and made into food for their intergalactic fast food chains.
