You know you're an aspie when you talk about Medieval history in an IRC channel for aspies and someone tells you you're boring them with information they already know! Another person asks you who you're talking to after the only person who was interested in your aspie monologue had left and you hadn't noticed because you were too busy typing historical facts.

you might be an aspie if....

You go to put away for the summer the space heater that's been keeping you warm since december and get bothered by the fact that you thought the new cord you put on it after the old one melted was not done as well as you thought it could be, so you spend an hour making improvments in it (i.e. cleaning and re-crimping connections, testing continuity, among other things) before finally putting it away.

Then you figure you might as well stay up for another two hours because one of the local tv stations is showing Blade Runner.

You might be an Aspie if you read part of the Darwin awards and think that there is some connection between an increase of stupid people dying in Fort Lauderdale and Marilyn Manson leaving that town.

You must be an aspie... if you like to have alone time a good amount.

You might be an ASpie if when you try to fix BB guns by yourself, you remember how the firing system is set out and can logically put all but one piece in place.

When somebody says you would make a good assassin as you have no feelings

You may be one if your idea of a friday night is enjoying a book big and heavy enough to be classified as a weapon.

You must be an aspie... if all you want to do on a Friday Night is to be alone.
