It’s the opposite with a huge number of Protestant church pastors. They are often caught molesting young girls.

The Catholics abuse lots of girls, too. Religious orders that are officially celibate are trying to adopt the behaviour of saints in hopes of making more by reducing distractions. This is often too much of a challenge for aspirants who had hoped to deal with a troublesome sexuality by ignoring it.

I'm against any sort of censorship. If someone is shaming people because they are single or virgins then that's a horrible person but that is no worse than say criticizing people for other things. It is distasteful but certainly not criminal. That would be stepping into police-state territory. I also believe the UK has stepped into police state territory with many things.

An Orwellian state, to be sure.

That wouldn't matter to the right girl, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't think it's a very good idea. People are going to say what they wish. It would be best to ignore people like that and let them sew their wild oats.

The “right girl” feels unfindable.
