Well, there is those. But I dunno. I get this vibe from him.
I don't like the vibe.
And his obsession with death is beyond what even I can tolerate.

Yeah, I get that too! I think it's his softly spoken voice...but like you said before, he has some of the best songs in the entire game.

God, I'm almost forgetting he's a fictional character...@_@

I do that a lot. XD Probably because a lot of fictional characters seem better to me than real people.

*Gasp* Me too! I've spent my entire life surrounding myself with games and books and movies...all so I can avoid sociallizing normally. xD
I'm going to stop there before this becomes my life story!
Sorry for spamming this thread so much, but my comments were sort of related... :P

Sounds like something any kid would do, aspie or not. Yep we can be typical children too.

I've been fighting lightsabre battles for years and it takes a lot of energy not to swing them (imaginary ones) around in public. The same goes for my predator claws.

Of course, now that I have children of the right age, I'll often sneak up on them and initiate a battle.

You can have a lot of fun as a parent.

I'm a new parent, but I have already discovered how much more I can get away with acting weird in public if he's around. :)

I think it's normal to want to be a hero of some kind .

Ah I can't wait! But I'm trying not to keep my hopes up in case it's not very good. I mean, I enjoyed playing FFXII but I felt the storyline was...yeah... :? Still looks pretty exciting by the trailers though =D

not everything an AS person does is either a symptom or a contraindication of AS.

i have not much imagination for pretending. when i was in primary (elemental) school, i did not play games of pretend, but i played with my toy cars and trucks in a corner of the school yard where people were not around.

all my vehicles were to scale. i did not mix cars and trucks that did not have the same size scale.
i used to move my cars with the same relative speed as if i was watching real ones from approx 76 m (250 ft) in the air.
when i saw other kids playing with their cars, i noticed that they moved them in a way that would equate to acceleration to 300mph in 1 second, and deceleration back to 0 in 1 second.

they always moved them in an arc that matched the swinging arc of the arm that was holding them.
the few kids that still played with cars always played with their cars with other kids, and they used to smash their cars together at high speed, then back them up undamaged, and then do it over and over again (how droll ha ha).

when i played with my cars (for example: max throttle take off), i used to try to imitate the sound of an engine spooling up in a realistic way, and i moved my car in a way hat looked painfully slow to observers. but to scale, my car was similar to a real one doing 0- 100 mph in 15 seconds.

i always thought they were stupid for ignoring the reality of scale, and i thought i was playing more accurately than them, but to the teachers, it seemed that i lacked imagination to a severe degree.

i never tried to pretend or imagine anything about myself because it seems absurd and also impossible.
how would i know how superman would act? and i am not interested in people anyway, so i do not try to fantasize about being them.

one thing i can do rather well is imitate certain people.
if they have strong mannerisms and different sounding voices, i can do an imitation well. my few friends usually shriek in laughter when i do an imitation.

i can not imitate myself however. (ha ha joke)

anyway i think i can not have fantasies of any kind really.
i may think of some exception later, but for now, this is what i say.
