monday- friday my wife steams so vegies and then scrambles eggs with the vegies and sometimes puts some cheese on top, and thats our breakfast, weekends gets a little more elaborate- but always the same- hashbrowns, eggs and toast, sometimes with ham, bacon or sausages.
suppers we alternate between beef, pork , chicken, fish, nobody really likes leftovers in our house, so we try to cook only enough
lunches we all make our own, we don't like the same things
my younger daughter has cereal all week for breakfast and then our breakfast on the weekends, for lunches during the week she has been eating the same thing for probably the last at least 17 years- cheese, ham and crackers (only cheddar, black forest and ritz- god forbid), one of four fruits, and broccoli and carrots with ranch dip -only. For supper she eats the meat item we have cooked and most meals she has a baked (can only be baked) potato, and salad (it used to be only spinach mixed with blue cheese dressing- but she has expanded her tastes to include caesar salad- this only last year- but amazingly we have been able to get her to eat chicken caesar salad and sometimes even in a wrap
