All the time as a kid when I was being bullied by a certian teacher and developed a Stockholm Syndrome or something like it. She made me believe it was my fault she was singling me out for abuse.

Sometimes. I tell people what they want hear to a certain extent so I don't come off as unpleasant most of the time. There are definitely circumstances that I won't bend for, though. If I really don't agree with something someone else is doing and it involves me personally I'll definitely be The Bad Guy if I have to be. I've been in a lot of situations where I've been expected to help people delude themselves and I really just can't play along, mainly talking about family substance abuse issues...I have a drug addicted mother whose in and out of recovery. We have a pretty crappy relationship and are now almost completely estranged because I refuse to play her games. I have a VERY limited supply of sympathy for people who believe that they need a crutch in life(one that does more harm than good, anyway), I can come off as being very insensitive when it comes to this issue.

Anyway, in my younger days I was almost always The Bad Guy because I actually LOVED to argue so I never kept my mouth shut. These days, not so much.

Since I rarely speak in social situations, bar those involving my close relatives, I don't often feel like "the bad guy" because I did not contribute to any eventual hardship or unpleasant situation.

Though I noticed when I was in school that my quiet demeanor gave some students and teachers the impression that I was arrogant, secretly judging them or even plotting against them (seriously). My unwillingness to interact and general aloofness also rubs some people the wrong way. But none of these things ever made me feel like " the bad guy".

Perhaps we're the good guys, while Sonic and Mario are the bad guys?

If there was no bad; there would be no good so maybe it's good to be bad sometimes :?

I am, a lot. I hate being overwhelmed by people calling me bad and wrong.

You make a very valid point. It all depends on how you look at it too.

I just don't understand Mario... All I ever wanted to do was play Mario Kart with the princess, and he sees me as a threat.

I have anti-social personality disorder. Which is kind of the official diagnosis for "evilness". Anyway from this thread I got 2 different meanings for "bad". One is "not being liked", other is "being evil". Ive experienced both of these. I ve hurt and abused people too. The interesting thing is while I am deeply aware that I am very selfish and capable of doing nasty things, I cant stand being called "bad" or "evil". Last year a friend told me that I am "bad". What happens is I got really devestated and confused for a while. In the aftermath of that confusion I concluded that beside the psychopatic side, in the conscious level I see myself as "good" and I have a conscience. "Being good" or identifying myself with "food" is a motivation for me. It feeds my self esteem. However I dont think every sociopath feels like this. As far as aspies go, I dont think anyone should feel shame or guilt for not being as sharing or as friendly as an average NT. If they see you like that, its only their opinion.
