No shame going by yourself bro. I used to go bowling all the time (not as much anymore). 10am is a bit early and more then likely you won't see anyone there. I went early many times before and the only people I saw there were people bowling by themselves...the HARDCORE bowlers. The dudes with the customized bowling balls, gloves, jacket....I guess they were guys who were on leagues that were getting in practice.

Have fun :)

Yeah, I used to be in leagues way back in the day, got trained by a guy who had PBA tour experience. Was bowling mid 200s by the age of 8 (and yeah, I never played with bumpers so go me). I quit bowling in leagues though at around 13 years of age. Now my skills are so rusty I can barely break 160. :/

I have done this before. I am serious about bowling though. My friends absolutely hate to bowl with me because I take it too seriously. My whole family bowls though and it's not just a game to us.

Anyway that's a great deal for 3 hours of bowling and how good of a bowler are you? (I'm around a ~200 avg, with a 286/776 high)

last time i bowled i did not get out of the 10's (yes 10's) i suck at it but i want to improve, i just dont want to look like an ass at the alley, people would know right away that im not practicing for a league.

If it were me at the desk, I wouldn't give it a second thought. I would just give you the bowling shoes and ball and send you on your way.
The only time I think about stuff like that is when I am in a restaraunt and I see someone eating alone. I figure I would rather just eat at home than bother going to a restaraunt by myself. Sometimes, the manager of the restaraunt will come and sit with the person, or the waitress will be extra friendly. People figure if someone's eating alone, they must require company.
