Seanmw, it's really nice that you have come back to WP and started to explain why you disappeared, , something which disturbed quite a few of us, but it does unfortunately look rather as if you only did so because zara had managed to get word to you, expressing concern over your failure to answer our questions all this time, and saying that there were ways to take you to court over this.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding/reconciling the *two* different reasons why you haven't gone to see A ... On the one hand, according to you, you haven't had the time or the money needed to go, ( although, as many people have pointed out, $670 should have been enough ), ... and on the other hand, according to Adrienne, you're not even supposed to be going over there right now because "A's mom doesn't want you to while A's still having chemo". Which is it?

I still think that the reason why you haven't gone yet is either that you have spent most/a lot of the money ( which I can imagine doing myself, twenty years ago ) ... OR because the whole cancer story is just that, a story ( on A's part ). ie. Why didn't you say that the reason you hadn't gone yet is because Adrienne's mom supposedly doesn't want you to until after chemo is over? ... Is it because you thought that it was a rather suspicious sounding excuse for putting off your visit?

Like Friskeygirl I'm not going to apologise for my speculations on the other thread, because your silence did look absolutely awful ( and I am on the spectrum and this sort of ambiguity/uncertainty makes me very anxious and correspondingly over-analytical :lol ). But I repeat my apology for sending you the money in the first place, because it was irresponsible of me to send money to someone I have never met, and to someone as "clueless" as you seemed about so many crucial details.

I hope you'll be able to tell us more about all this, because it is still not at all clear why you haven't gone. but it's great that you're back on WP. I hope that you're ok, and that you find out the truth about Adrienne very soon.

I'm glad you came back. I also thought this was most likely a scam when you just took off and there were all these speculations but yet you were on myspace and facebook while you said you won't have internet.

I've been following this saga for a little while...hopefully everything works out in the end for you, Sean, and that you will be able to figure out this situation. Best of luck to you!

No offense but they are both two different people. I have MONIQUE on my facebook and I have spoken to ferdinand on MSN and I assure you they are two different people. I have seen a photo of MONIQUE too even though I haven't spoken to her much. Only in PM and myspace.

These two are completely different people, I've actually seen Monique on video so she is very much real and she can't clearly be a sockpuppet, I doubt they both know each other that well.

As for Ferdinand, he's just a kid who is one minute nice and the next is just unpredictable and again, he seems to be the one asking me if the thread was a scam? And I don't think I can see him being in the picture of the scam thing?

No offense taken LG. Anyone can steal photographs and videos off the Internet and identities can be created, it happens all the time.

Super Ian, you're a great guy who reminds me of my own Aspergian Son, Liam. And I hate to disappoint you, but you have been decieved... you have no idea... how bad you have been decieved, I'm sorry.

Would you change your mind if someone in the Seattle area met Sean and posted a photo of them together and if someone in Indiana met up with ferdinand and posted a photo of them together? What about if someone met up with MONIQUE and posted a photo of them together?

Would that confirm they are two different people?

Well if you think you think you know something that the rest of us here don't, then would you mind sharing this truth? I would like to hear it.

You mentioned the sockpuppets and were implying a connection between them and Sean. The only sockpuppet involved was some one trying to get a rise out of people in the GF thread where people were already sore to start with. I have no reason to believe the sockpuppet had any connection to Sean.

I went way out of my way to try to bring some satisfactory resolution to this issue for the people involved. While it isn't completely resolved yet, and won't be until Sean makes that trip his update gives him a chance to at least answer some concerns and provide an update.
If your intent is to badger him in this thread that will make it harder for any meaningful updates in the future. I want him to keep us updated but I don't want to see him harassed off the site.
