Anthropologists continuously do try to ask that question, so there is a whole aspect of science that deals with just that. I believe it is a subsection of anthropology, really. Like, how did the first human generate? Australopithecus? It's not relatively known. But, the question still remains, as should the question: "How did the first aspie generate?"
