Thanks Verdandi.
Did some of those online tests and am an extreme systemizer.
Some of the questions I had not consciously thought about before, but made me laugh realizing that they were things I do or think!
I guess the answers are becoming clearer to me! I thought that knowing what was wrong would bring relief, but it is making me upset.

It is paradoxical. It helps having a clear picture of why things are the way the are because then you can make real changes that have positive results. But there is a huge amount to process and it can be very draining and upsetting.

This is my favourite test

http://www.rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php

It gives you a chart at the end, which you must save because they only keep it an hour.

I have since been diagnosed and I have it in writing from a psychiatrist who specializes in autism.

I was diagnosed with AS, when I was six, but I didn't know about my diagnosis until I was ten.

This is how I learned that I had AS: When I was ten, I found a paper that my mom filled out to register my sister for something. It said, "Her older sister has Asperger's Syndrome." I asked my mom what Asperger's was. She explained it to me.
