A tip on how to confront people I forgot:

DON'T EVER IMITATE MOVIE HEROES

Seriously, don't ever imitate them. The scripts say they will kick the bad guy's asses. The bad guys are never the fighters that they are. The bad guys are never as smart as they are. They say and do things that would get us either killed or jailed and get away with it. Leave that kind of nonsense to stupid people.

A wise quote I heard once:

"Speak softly. Those who cannot hear an angry shout may strain to hear a whisper."

Yelling lowers your credibility a hundredfold. Don't do it. Your opponent will only resist you. Who wants to please someone who is verbally hurting them, after all?
