I cry when I feel hopeless or depressed.

I cry ALOT, triggered by almost anything- sad, mad, frustrated, lonely, confused. I figure I have two states- crying, or if Im not crying then I must be happy. I think the ease with which I cry has had a negative affect on my ability to be treated by medical professionals, as they see the crying and want to give me a large dose of an anti depressant right away. Usually my worst problem is anxiety and maybe I wouldnt be so frustrated and confused if I werent stressed to the max that my body can bear all the time.

yes I do cry when sad. If I get really sad I can cry with the best of criers! I am a very emotional man.
