I get it on my left side, I'm left handed.
It's more common when I'm cold but I can often feel it building in my neck.

I get these too. The involuntary head shift and body shake too.

I get the same thing! I get a shiver from the middle of my spine up to my neck and once it reaches my neck (goes pretty quick) I jerk my head to the side and usually make a grunting noise. It’s been happening to me for years now.
