I noticed that a lot of NT people have hidden intentions when they do things. They nearly never do stuff out of kindness and are 90% of the time very self centered or just stupid. So like someone said before, thread with caution!

Anyhow, good luck on finding a nice man :D

I think it is not about NT versus aspie.

It is about hot versus not.

A hot person can lie and be believed.

Why do they lie so much though, I just don't get how lying is so beneficial, is that just an NT thing.

Well, it worked on you didn't it?

Also, a hot person can afford to be an a**hole because they can always get another partner.

So date uglies. :)

read the book
Why men love b*****s.

It will explain alot.
Men, NT men exspecially, dont respect a woman that bends over backwards to please them, they prefer a woman that will hold her ground because they like the chase. A woman that just rolls over and gives them what they want right away gives them no challange or chase and they lose interest. However, they dont know how to explain that to you because it occurs at a deeper level than they are conscious of.

I really can't understand him. If I were him, I'd do everything to meet you. He might have problems like a small penis or premature ejaculation. I can't think of anything else, I understand him as much as you do.

That does not apply to me, I'm the opposite. AFAIK, it applies to NT women.

The thing is that, for people like us, it can be very difficult to tell when our advances actually are unwanted compared to when someone is just playing hard to get.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing when I read that, and I think that's ridiculous either way. I don't want to have to constantly come up with new "tricks" all the time to constantly impress someone... that's dumb. I just want someone who loves me for me like I would love her...

Wow... Really? REALLY? "nobody else wants him, so I don't want him either." If that's not herd mentality, I don't know what is. Just because someone is "desperate" doesn't mean that the relationship will fail... In fact, I'd be willing to bet that it means the relationship is more likely to succeed, depending on the reason the person is desperate in the first place... But I would think it means that person is more likely to do what you want, in other words, aim to please, rather than just do what he wants and not give a damn what you think...

And "who cares about his feelings?" REALLY?? How about who cares about your feelings? That's incredibly self-centered and ridiculous... Are you familiar with the golden rule? Treat others as you want to be treated? Put yourself in their shoes and tell me, would you be happy if someone said "who cares about his/her feelings" and just suddenly ceased contact?

How the hell is someone desperate supposed to become not desperate without getting a girlfriend/boyfriend, in which case the desperation is gone, and the problem is solved? That's just like hearing "oh, you don't have enough experience in this field" no matter where you go for a job. If everyone needs experience, where do you go to get it? The hyperbolic f*****g time chamber? Jesus christ... I hope you're never desperate for anything, and that if you are, someone disregards you the way you're telling others to disregard other desperate people... Maybe then you'll understand how wrong that is.

Yeah, let's just go after the super hot, super confident person who has men/women all over him/her and who can have anybody he/she wants. He/she's SURE to stick around with YOU when something "better" comes along... I've never heard anything so absurd in my life. Everybody's gotta start somewhere, ya know.

Hey there, so I've recently been rediagnosed with not only OCD but also PDD-NOS, so I'm not sure if that qualifies me for the Autistic spectrum but it sure pushes me out of the NT loop.

PDD NOS is synonymous with 'atypical autism'. So yes, that qualifies you as being on the autistic spectrum.

I'm assuming that BDSM means Bondage Discipline SadoMasochism. If it doesn't, you can stop reading right now. If it does, forget that lifestyle, it's a good way to die young.

There was a man named, I believe, Robinson, around Kansas City, who hung out in such places on the net using the nick "Slavemaster". He met up with a lot of women, and when they caught him, they started digging up his victims' bodies in barrels. I think it was about two dozen of them, disappearances that he was thought to be responsible for. They just wanted to play at it, and he was deadly serious.

You're better off without this one, and any others on that site. If you like to play, you can find it in a safer setting than the internet, where nobody knows who you are until after you've "disappeared".

Heres the thing. I've been on both sides of the desperate. I've been the desperate one a few times, but I've been on the otherside too. While I sounded cruel, because Ive been on both sides, I know what Im talking about. Whenever one party is desperate, the chances of things working out goes down. Because the desperate one is gonna chase the other person who gives them some attention. Their likely to overdo things, become obsessive about the other person and have expectations to be with the person all the time. Those are not realistic expectations. Not to say that every desperate person does that, just the chances that it'll happen is significantly higher then someone whos not.

And btw...I am not going the "herd". The last guy I was into was a huge math nerd and very unique in many ways. He wasnt aspie but he had many aspie like traits. He had very little experience with dating girls and did not know how to handle having a girl close to him. He gets friend zoned a lot. He wasnt desperate and we got along based on our nerdy science interests. Is that going with the herd, I dont think so. Unfortunetely we didnt end up dating.

I agree, everyones gotta start somewhere. And yes all the desperate people need to start by getting involved with people, driving them crazy and realizing at some point that even if someone's into you, you always calling them/messaging them is gonna drive them away. Like I said, I've been on both ends. When I said cut the person off. If someones calling/messaging you like crazy, and you dont reciprocate their emotions, you gotta cut them off. Because your not making the situations any better but continuing to take their calls and replying to their message. Because when your obsessed with someone, your thoughts are delusional. You make the person to out to be someone unreal.

When both parties are desperate, they tend to try to make relationships work even if they dont clique the with person. Its like dating someone just cause they'll go out with you. Even if you have little to no chemistry, dont you dont clique.

Are you an idiot?

Did it not occur to you when he asked for a masturbation video that you are allowed to tell him to go f**k himself, where you can then put it all over the internet and get paid for it?

You made him a video, he got paid for it therefore you no longer have any use to him, just move on to the next a**hole who wants to put a video of you masturbating on the internet.

Haven't you heard the saying ''men are from Mars, women are from Venus?''
Don't you people observe any human behaviour? Haven't you noticed some NT women like a ''girly night'' with their friends? My mum does anyway. And her best friend likes to do that when her boyfriend is doing his late night shifts.

Men and women can and do get along, but sometimes they can seem like very different people, like an Aspie and an NT can.

My boyfriend and I are really close, and we get on, and I love him. But there are times when I feel he's on a different planet to me. Can't really explain it, but there are lots of little situations where this happens. I even had my best mate come running to my door one night because her boyfriend was being an a***hole because because she didn't want sex with him.

Men can be a***holes, but women can be bitchy. We've all got our quirks.
