Adrenal Burnout Syndrome - tips to heal yourself
Great article, but I dont agree with the avoiding vegetarian diet thing. My ex's flatmate's grandfather (the flatmate was from India) died at the age of 91 having been a vegetarian for his whole life. He had enjoyed pretty good health throughout I was told.
Vegetarian diets are fine as long as you dont eat too many carbs and eat plenty of protein. There are many vegetarian sources of protein.
I have been a vegetarian for 11 months and I have found overall that I am less bloated in the digestive system, though I am told I have to get tests every now and then to make sure I am getting enough iron, B12 etc.
Also, the Dalai Lama is a vegetarian, and he is the opposite of burned out, though he has had a lot of stress in his life, ie being exiled from his country and having people wanting to kill him etc.
Edit: I had it wrong, the Dalai Lama is not a vegetarian though he eats a lot of vegetarian meals. He is more of a flexitarian. I was mistaken because I saw him on Australian Masterchef and they were all cooking up vegetarian meals for him. Anyway he does eat a lot of vegetables.

I wish to be vegan and am pretty close and am quite active even but I am not convinced necessarily that it is suitable for every body type. When I say "type" you can insert your dietary system of choice. What I will say is that I think it is worth some serious consideration that people are sooo active these days, too busy, and may feel they need to "ground" by eating meat. I think this is very different to needing meat for protein. I get sufficient protein from nuts, tofu, liquid aminos.
Though those things can also be a middle class luxury
As is much of an ideal diet and lifestyle these days.
