Then i heard a door slam down stairs. I knew who it was. Then I went ballastic with threats of suicide bla bla ect. My sister just laughed at me. And neice continued to run up down the stairs. then she evetually stopped.

The way I see it; since its YOUR apartment, you have every goddamn right to kick them the f*ck out if your sister can't control your neice. Nobody who isn't already a parent should be obligated to put up with that, especially in their own home.
