I just emailed my psychologist back to confirm my first appointment on Tuesday, and attached my packet of notes to the email. I told him in the email that I compiled the information for my benefit (true) so that I wouldn't freeze and forget things during the appointment, but that I had attached the document in case he was interested in having the information in advance of the appointment.
I'm not too worried about him responding negatively to being provided this information, because in my initial email contact with him, I essentially wrote a novel describing myself and why I thought I may have Asperger's, and he's still agreed to see me and make the appointment.
