I find that I tend to figure out and become mentally comfortable with the latest fashion trend when it's on it's way out. As I get older, I care less and less about this, but when I was younger, it used to really stress me out. Lately I've been thinking about just wearing whatever the heck I want, which will definitely include cowboy (cowgirl?) boots ;) which I had previously decided I wasn't "allowed" to wear because I grew up outside of NYC and that's "just wrong" lol.

I can't speak for others, but I know I'm definitely not into fashion. I actually shop at Value Village. The only thing I'll buy new are sneakers. The ones I have are about 7 years old so I'm way overdue. I actually only have one pair of pants, those sneakers, and torn up black slippers which I wear almost everywhere except to work. All of those ads for Macy's and Nordstrom's are lost on me.
