I have a suggestion: You could sign up at deviantART, there you can set up galleries, post photos/artworks/stories and get feedback, eventually someone could post a "Neuropunk" prototype shortstory there and see how "Neuropunk" will be accepted - this only makes sense, if you two are interested in making the art public though.
It's a known website/art community.
