i am very concerned about the temperature of milk, and if i buy milk on a very hot day, i always floor the car back home after buying the milk (as my final purchase), but sometimes i am so eager to get my front door open so that i can put the milk in the fridge, i fumble with the keys and become enraged at the fact that i can not simply and calmly insert my key into my door lock, and sometimes i think i should kick my door in, but i realize i can just buy another carton of milk if i can not gain ingress into my house before i lose faith in the milk i have.

i think i am prone to a panic sensation, but i can always see a way out of it.

Panic attacks are no joke. I have had serious ones in the past where i thought i was literally going to have a heart attack and begged my gf to take me to the ER. She gave me my klonopin instead and i finally fell asleep. Those are the worse type panic attacks where i think i am going to die. Thankfully they don't happen to often.

I do get panic attacks....I used to get them almost every day last year as I was walking to my classes.

I get anxiety/panic attacks, I find cannabis to be helpful for that actually, though some people don't think it can be used that way. Other then that I have been trying out various herbal tinctures and teas with relaxing/sedative properties there is still much to learn about that though. I also have a prescription for trazadone to help me sleep and to help mellow the anxiety but I don't really use it too often it can be helpful at times though.

I tried klonopin and that didn't go so well, the prospect of running out kept causing me panic attacks about getting the refill on time and such and it was negatively effecting my behavior. So in my case it didn't have much medicinal potential.
