I work in a place where there are people from all races. We joke about racism all the time but no one gets offended because we are all minorities amongst one another. It is all in good fun and I believe it is healthy. When you can be playfully racist with your peers then you know society has at least made some progress.

That's racist about as much as "The Producers" supports the Nazis.
