The strange thing about my 3 years old that she loves very strong coffee.

Yes, "lack if spontanaeity that requies energy" Thank you! Natural way to think about ASD is to say you are not flexible.
But the real reason could be physiological: no initiation due to lack of energy that requiered in the moment of changing activity.

So back to cortisol, I am afraid no doctor will prescribe cortisol to a 3 years old with borderline low level of cortisol.
Our life pretty much has been described by kx250rider (on the days he/she didnt take the pill)

The only "pill" that helps us is oxytocin from herbal supplements but that's another discussion. When you are in "more social mood" somehow you will find the energy to change the activity.

I will apreciate your thoughts on that.

Huge shock that there are "high cortisol" cases as well. Need more research Dr Dr. Mark Brosnan!

For me, I also had my morning ACTH tested and with the near 800 sample my ACTH was nearly 150 out a range of 0 to 60, nearly 3 times the maximum amount.
