Good point. (Grins) I simply repeated what I read from a pamphlet I got from a psychologist. On second thought, I used the wrong words when I wrote "FULLY UNDERSTANDS Aspergers" H'mmm, who really does?

I really can’t think of any Doctors who get the chance to walk in our shoes, and see the world in our eyes and feel how we feel! I agree, I doubt it's fully understood. As Doctors want to try all kinds of freaky meds on us that don't seem to really work. I feel like a lab Rat. Or an experiment! Funny, I never needed Meds before.

I felt a freedom and validation.The doctor who diagnosed me,hugged me and said "my God,how have you lived with this?"He thinks it is a miracle I have not committed suicide(tried at age 16). I am so happy that I finally found a doctor who recognized this hell inside of me

I change my mind every other day.I do,I dont,I do,I dont.It doesnt help that the three people I have mentioned it to dont seem to believe there is such a thing.It was disappointing that the traits I have the most trouble with appear to have no solution.It is also disappointing that I dont have any of the savant skills but many of the more negative traits.Hardly seems fair...but as I have been reminded,most of my life....life isn't.

It was a big relief to finally get an official diagnosis after years of wondering what was the matter with me.
