I want to train my dog to be a service dog and certified

Well so far I'm fortunate enough not to need a service animal, but my kitty is a huge comfort to me.

On the other hand, if we could teach them to alert us to things like: You are about to blurt out some stupid comment - DON'T DO IT or THIS IS A TERRIBLE DECISION, DO SOMETHING ELSE or DON'T LEAVE THAT THERE, PUT IT UP NOW! or DON'T FORGET TO PAY THIS BILL! - I could really use a service animal like that!

Kitties are great at being huge comforts My kitty is an amazing comfort to me. She's bestestest comfort of all. I highly recommend kitties as comforts.

The "don't leave that there" I could actually see potentially being teachable, if its something like your keys have a specific place, and you drop them down instead of putting them in their place, you could train your kitty to be obnoxious until you pick them back up and put them in the right place.

I'm not sure the details but that one seems possible. If you want to play with training a cat and seeing if it goes anywhere. Training cats is a fun passtime I find at least even if it doesn't go anywhere.

But yeah, most of that isn't very adaptable to animals helping.
