I don't know my IQ score, but I think I've taken one recently. I scored in the "average range" which is disappointing because I used to have an above average IQ. A lot of people think I "seem smart" as well. What was most surprising about the IQ test is that I did the best on abstract stuff.

You are very likely neurotypical
Humans love to quantify so that they can gather essentially meaningless and limited data about things in a vain attempt to understand them. It's a quirk they have.
IQ tests are one of those quirks.
They don't really mean much, all they measure is how good you are, at that particular moment in time under those specific conditions, at solving certain types of problems compared to the rest of the general population.
It's essentially meaningless.
Over the years my IQ has tested everywhere from 100 (in one instance on a test using visual patterns that gave me a headache to look at due to my eye condition...) to 143 with the majority of the results falling in the 133 to 143 range. 140+ scores being the most common again but with one or two scores giving me an IQ of 133 or 137.
I got good grades academically but don't pay much attention to my IQ scores or academic grading these days. Even academic grades can be misleading. In short even people who come out of university with good grades can be idiots and seem to lack understanding. Plus I tend to find what they teach at University to be fairly simplistic (easy to understand and learn) so am not really all that impressed by high scores these days, mine or other peoples.
Not to imply I am an in idiot, just that I see such things as essentially meaningless in the grand scheme of things and they have little bearing on my overall happiness in life.
As I said to someone once: I am as intelligent as I am intelligent and that is fine by me.
Happiness, for me, comes from being able to pursue the things I am passionate about...as long as I can do that whilst taking care of basic survival, I don't really care what my IQ is when quantified in human terms.
Besides such things can give people false perceptions about themselves. I am not going to measure such a complex thing as intelligence by a few digits on a page. If the IQ score is low it can result in a person unnecessarily limiting themselves and if it is high it can lead to over confidence and arrogence instead. Either way it can be a mistake.
