I scored 108. I'm diagnosed, but I suspect that I'm not autistic. I've outgrown most of my traits and all of my traits can be blamed on ADHD, a bit of OCD and being sheltered by my parents. Surprisingly I scored below the threshold for "circumcised interests" and above the threshold for sensory issues. I usually only get sensory issues when I'm very sick or tired. I only get sensory overload once or twice a year. It's very weird that I got a low score for special interests because I'm a very obsessive person.

I tried to answer as truthfully as I could, but I think it is rather difficult. If you aren´t young, there is a giant leap in time and development between "before 16" and "Now".

Total score, Language, Social relatedness, Sensory/motor, Circumscribed interests
151.0-----------8.0-------------66.0-------------------45.0---------------- 32.0

(Diagnosed Asperger and ADHD).

What do the categories actually mean? Social relatedness is clear, - but what about the others? What is being measured?

Total score 136.0
Language 11.0
Social relatedness 77.0
Sensory/motor 36.0
Circumscribed interests 12.0

I'm not diagnosed.

I did find a lot of questions rather hard to answer, though, because I don't interact with people very much at all, so any questions involving social interaction are kind of difficult.

However, I think that there is a thing in this text that does not makes much sense:

Topic................Threshold values for suspected ASD......The average score for male neurotypicals
Total score........................65.........................82.9
Language........................... 4...........................6.5
Social relatdness............31.........................44.3
Sensory/motor................16.........................17
Circunscribed Interests...15.......................15.2

In all topics, the "Threshold values for suspected ASD" is lower than the "average score for male neurotypicals " (and for females, btw) - in another words, most neurotipicals (or most neurotipicals who take the test) are above the threshold; like I said, does not makes much sense

I've noticed this too. A possible explanation is that the people who would take this test are self-selecting people who are at least "spectrum-frendly", whatever that means exactly; your average neurotypical won't ever go anywhere near the aspietests site.

The threshold values on the other hand may be derived from clinical research, i.e. from much more reliable data than a bunch of people who think they're not aspie, but were interested enough to take the test, choosing "do not have Aspergers" from the dropdown at the start.

Maybe.
