Therapists vs. A caseworker? Will the doc say something?

I talked to the therapist and she says she in fact does have the right to diagnose. I'm trying to find Michigan specific information to see who is right.

Edit: I asked on another forum, a Master's level therapist can diagnose, so why would my caseworker say she can't?

I think she has good intentions most likely and just thinks she's right. And rather than asking questions with positive expectations, is assuming something is wrong.

I think the only thing that matters for you is whether she is helping you and if you can refocus your caseworker on that, hopefully she stops acting confusing.

I hate when people do the confusing thing!
