I do.

I had a period where I woke up happy and full of trust and then became more depressed throughout the day. Now it´s the reverse.

Most of the time I either wake up depressed or angry; angry if someone or something else has woken me up, and depressed if I've just woken up on my own. I almost never wake up feeling happy or refreshed, and I have a hard time understanding how people can.

If I wake up early on a non-work day, I feel quite productive since there's more room in my schedule for relaxing activities. It unfortunately doesn't happen too often, so I do wake up depressed most of the time.
