If others in the house are having the same issues with her, perhaps you could find a solution together.

She made a false sexual abuse allegation regarding the maintenance man. She said he showed his genitals to her without warning and would take nude pictures of her. Interestingly, he did take nude pictures of her, but everything she was describing may be concluded as consensual, if you note inconsistencies in her story and accounts from other girls regarding how the two interacted.

False sexual abuse allegations... a felony, that's another mark towards psychopathy. She has all the classic criteria for a female psychopath, which is a neurological disorder and there is nothing you can do about that. She will not seek mental health care and she will refuse all treatment. Trying to compensate with her will lead to you being abused by her. Trying to stick up against her is likely dangerous, but probably not to the point of physical injury (but still possible.) Get away from her as fast as you can.
If she causes you trouble, you should call the police. I don't like the police, this is my first time ever considering using them as advise. She needs evaluation, and it's likely going to require the law to get that.

Tell whoever is in charge of the house that she needs to obtain a doctors a note proving her diagnosis. Tell them that what she claims to be her diagnosis is certainly false.

Considering everyone's analyses here, and the benefits of a roof over everyone's head, it may be best for all involved to keep this lady at arms' length and let her either run out of stream or face karmic retribution elsewhere.

I suspected she may have antisocial personality disorder, but I was hesitant to even tell anyone what I thought. The thing is, we live with Catholic nuns, they know of her behavior, I've told them how she behaves, and what they tell me falls along the lines of "We can't kick her out, its un-Christian." They told me if it bothered us that much, some of us could be moved to the third floor, but they can't kick her out unless she actually 1) assaults one of us, 2) gets pregnant, or 3) commits a criminal act and has been arrested for it. Luckily enough people are getting a hint that something is weird but I guess until one of those three occurs, we'd have to deal with her.

She's had a habit of following me about, demanding an explanation for why I "am mad at her." I told her if she got so close to me again and told me anything about that maintenance man, I'd call the police and file a report for her. She got nervous all of a sudden and backed away and went to her room. Proceeds to squeal whenever she passes my room at 4 AM before she goes to work.

We eat dinner regularly. Several times she either avoids a group when I'm in it, but once she joined in on a conversation and seemed to be trying to manipulate it to where I wasn't speaking as much. The other girls have expressed discomfort in that she discusses things like sexual assault and incest openly during dinner like it's no big deal, and suggests to the girls to do things in their sexual lives that frankly is none of her business. Then she'll bring up either "Asperger's" or "I'm on the spectrum" and go on some intellectual-ish tangent about both. Some of the girls actually do pity her and because of what seems to be a long list of information this girl knows, they admit they think she is super intelligent and all that jazz and probably does have the condition. When I tell them about the bipolar and schizophrenia crap, they reconsider.

She has family but doesn't want to live with them and if she is 26, no one can make her live with her mom.

She talks about multiple ways in which she is sexually assaulted to most everyone she meets. She also has a Youtube video where she's nude in an indie music video and will show that to most everyone she meets as well.

I'm mad just reading about this girl! I'm tempted to tell you to do something passive aggressive, like put a sign saying "No piglets allowed!" to stop her squealing. She'd probably just run crying hysterically to anyone who'd listen. I think the best thing would be to regard her as the child she's behaving like. Just take any opportunity you have to correct her behavior and tell others she can't be trusted, and she might leave you alone. People like her hate authority figures.

She reminds me of a girl I knew from SPED in school who likely was histrionic. She'd create drama then cry like a 2 year old blubbering about how mmmeeaann everyone was to her. I guess this is what happens when a inability to grow up is considered a mental disorder.

This. This, sooooo much, times a hundred. :thumleft:

Being autistic can never be an excuse to act like a spoiled bratty toddler and cry and whine like a f*****g baby because you aren't getting things your way. Never. Ever. People like that are just spoiled and stupid regardless of whether or not they are on the spectrum to begin with. Cannot stand behavior like that, absolutely disgusting and jimmie-rustling.

The squealing thing outside the door is her way of making fun of the girl who rejected her advances. She seems to desperately need an "immediate gratification" relationship but doesn't understand how relationships work. They take nurturing and time. This girl needs meds and counseling in that order. The meds must come first. She is trying to stimulate the release of her own biological feel good chemicals by going after people, the rejection is pushing her down even further. Love from people can actually correct an imbalance BUT people must be able to stand you first - that's the purpose of the meds. Depending on the meds, this girl needs to NOT feel the over-stimulation of her daily life. Any kind of diagnosis needs to be left to the professionals.

I thought that if you are mentally ill, any sex that you had was non-consenual and that it was considered rape regardless of what the victim says or did. It's as if she's baiting these people. Couldn't the guy tell there's was something wrong?! ! Shame on him whether he was being baited or not!! !

That seems kind of unfair to both the 'victim' and the 'perpetrator'. What if a person with a mental illness wants to have sex and initiates the sexual contact with someone else, how is such a girl "raped"? She wanted it, she gave her consent and enjoyed the act, then someone else finds out and decides, FOR HER, that it was rape because she is apparently too stupid to give her consent? Somehow that seems like a hugely problematic and ableist assumption to make because it directly says: "You don't know what you want and need to be protected from yourself", rather then give an honest look at the individual situation and the circumstances surrounding what had happened.

I disagree. She's still human even if she does have mental illnesses. She is reacting to a rejection in a mentally ill/immature fashion. It's evidence of developmental delay. Why do these girls go out with her knowing she is lesbian. This girl views these outings as dates. She's behaving just like a teenage boy when a girl accepts a date with him but then won't have sex with him. NEVER ENABLE SOMEONE'S ILLNESS BY STARTING AN ALTERCATION WITH THEM!! Putting up a sign saying "No piglets allowed!" is the VERY WORST thing to do to someone who is obviously unstable. What if she killed herself? What if she killed someone else? Even if you put a sign like that to a normal person, they'd punch you right in the mouth. Can you imagine what an unstable person might do?? What ever happened do "Stop making those sounds at my door." By saying piglet, you're insulting an already rejected, hurt person - why add insult to injury? Focus on the bad behaviors, don't say the person is bad. It makes everything worse.

Sounds like to me she has antisocial / dissocial personality disorder, it can be characterized by at least three of the following:

Quote:
1. Callous unconcern for the feelings of others;
2. Gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms, rules, and obligations;
3. Incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, though having no difficulty in establishing them;
4. Very low tolerance to frustration and a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence;
5. Incapacity to experience guilt or to profit from experience, particularly punishment;
6. Marked readiness to blame others or to offer plausible rationalizations for the behavior that has brought the person into conflict with society.

If your story is accurate every point of this applies to her.

I'd say be careful around her, people like this can very easily go into a very dangerous psychosis. I've known one person like this in my high school class, he got two psychoses and was then transferred because he was a danger to the classroom. First time was when he walked up to a popular girl and asked her out, she refused and he started mumbling some offensive words towards her got so angry that he grabbed her and tried to assault her. A few classmates had to hold him to the ground until he calmed down and he got suspended for a while. The second time the teacher was scolding him for obnoxious / loud behaviour, again he got so angry that he started throwing everything on his desk ( including a pair of scissors ) towards the teacher and classmates. Thankfully no one got hurt.

Yep, thanks for the second opinion, but the person you know in your high school seems more like a schizophrenic during a psychotic episode or a bipolar person in a manic episode. The part about throwing things from the desk doesn't fit well with antisocial disorder, although the assault does.
Antisocial people don't enter into psychosis.
There are different kinds of antisocial people (as there are with all people,) it would be helpful to know which one she is. I think that she is either the covetous variety or the risktaking variety, maybe both. I would think the risktaking variety because it includes histrionic characteristics which she seems to habe.
She doesn't seem to have the nomadic characteristic

Note that internet diagnosis is probably not very accurate.

Stay safe.
