What came first? Social Isolation, or the Computer?

For me I wasn't totally isolated. I had one friend that would come along quite often but I liked to be alone to do what I wanted. Most of the time I played on consoles or watched TV. I then started playing on the computer and playing online or watching anime. I was a loner but had a friend that would want to come over or have me come over to his house. I even have a hard time playing with or making friends online. But there was 1 year on a game where I played with and TALKED to a lot of people for quite some time. Which kinda made me want to get a group of friends to play with. Haven't had good luck so far.
