That's how some people see me whenever I'm just browsing in stores, and whatnot.

People see me with a confused look when I'm in a store and they're a little to quick to ask me if I need any help. I tell them that I'm fine and I'm just looking.

I definitely seem to have this look; people will ask if I'm sure when I answer a question, or act like I didn't understand an instruction. I get patronised a lot by strangers, I suppose as a result of this look. Some people say I look scared or nervous rather than confused. It's very annoying.

I think that I appear "confused" or similar (maybe rather "frightened" or even (I do not want to insult anyone using this word) "ret*d").

I have been told I always appear sad, melancholic, emotionless.

To me, it would seem I need a big stupid grin on my face 24/7 to make myself appear otherwise.

When I see the faces of others, it appears neutral to me, thus i emulate that. But apparently I dont succeed. And only end up showing the forementioned.
