I don't know if anyone can say if their anxiety is 'worst' than yours, since it is very individualistic. For me ot made it tough to go certain places and I would aviod certain activities.
I take drugs to manage the problem

I had anxiety alot before I started the med Buspar. My anxiety was the worst thou when I was with both my exes. I was having panic attacks on a regular basis. My OCD was some of the problem too & being on Neurontin/Gabapentin helps with that.

I do have it. I constantly listen to music and manage my blog to avoid it, but sometimes time just doesn't pass.

Holy basil worked a long while for me, but the prescriptions do work better now.

Citelopram helped me a lot, but apparently it gets addictive so i think the best thing to do is to ask a psychiatrist to recommend you something. Just tell them you have trouble doing anything because of anxiety and you need something to relax a bit. I hope you find something that will help you soon, i know how much anxiety can suck.

I experience anxiety every day. I have PTSD so whenever something reminds me I get a bout of extreme anxiety or a panic attack. I also experience what presents as Social Phobia or even Agoraphobia, but my fears are more centered on the people themselves and what they could do to me more than the social situation itself, so maybe I could just umbrella all my symptoms under anthropophobia!

I didnt even know it was anxiety till my diagnosis. I get this severe chest pain when I'm upset as I try to keep my s**t together and stay compose and not cry.

I struggle with it every day, so the pain is constant, mostly mild. Every time my boss comes out of the conference room and I see him, I misinterpet his face and automatically assume he's mad at me and I'm going to get fired (for the third time in my life). In reality, he just has a resting b***h face, lol. Great boss, honestly.

When people have Aspergers/Autism, I wish they have online jobs for Aspergers people that have high anxiety & get very overwhelmed, it would be great for people that have social anxiety too.

I can’t hold a job too, I can forget things so fast, I can’t get up early, cuz of my physical pain & I can’t be on my feet. I always wanted a job, I worked in a workshop, I had sooooo much trouble going to work 5 day a week,I worked in my mom’s school too (I wasn’t a very good employee, I had trouble committed to work)
