I voted same old world.

If you want to make the technical effort you can point to Newton, but Leibnitz from descriptions was probably not autistic and came up with calculus within 10 years of Newton.

Maybe we would be in the technological equivalent of the 1850s from accumulated loss of technological know-how, but that's not a different world, just the same one 200 years behind.

I agree entirely. I don't think we'd be missed and it would have little-to-no effect on existence overall.

The same people who say "Don't lump all NTs together" are often the same to point out all the supposed geniuses who invented great things and suggest they were autistic. But, but, but ... can't some NTs be inventive, creative, and brilliant and still be socially competent? Of course. Why is a presumption of autism needed to justify all these great inventions, as if NTs have no one among them who could do the same.

Austism isn't really "needed."
