I frequently can't come up with anything snappy on command, and when I do, I'm usually afraid to say it. However, this might amuse you:
My mother once told me that I shouldn't be offended by portrayals of autism in the media. Why? "You just don't understand how bad autism can get because you and your father are so high-functioning."
