How do you know if your interest is an obsession or you just really love guitars, anyway?

Onelook.com say an obsession is: an unhealthy and compulsive preoccupation with something or someone
and: an irrational motive for performing trivial or repetitive actions against your will

An obsession would mean the guitar would be taking up A LOT of your time, TOO much so. Maybe the person with the obsession for guitars doesn't see it as unhealthy but NT's do.

When we get to talking about gear, my band mates just say, "You're such a geek."
