I enjoy following elections throughout the world. I only follow legislative elections at the constituency level in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia, however.
Anyway, here are the Asperger's Syndrome tests/quizzes you requested.

Hi, David!
I assume by constituency level you mean the US's variant of 'representitive' level. I was working nights and slept through 9/11 ( when the World Trade Center Towers went down)
I haven't been able to allow myself away from the media since. I even sleep with my live talk shows on waking every now and then. whew, I do wish I could allow myself a moment's rest.

Oh, and yes, constituency level means representative level. That means district in the United States, riding in Canada, constituency in the United Kingdom and division in Australia.
I'm a news junkie myself. The first thing I check online are the newswires. A lot of stuff in the middle east occurs when North America is asleep. I also check out the obituaries.
