Could be... the baby's brain (and skull, hence the fontanell) aren't properly formed for another 6 months or so after birth; the only reason women give birth when they do is that otherwise the baby would be too big to erm, get out. Which is half my worry about vaccines - they're given too many too young.

Ok this bothers me, I am the reasoning king! Thats why I'm the top debater at ashland highschool. And we are one of the top schools.

I am a rationally minded person myself. As a college professor, I teach critical thinking to my Social Problems students, and I then evaluate them on how well they apply it to text and lecture materials. However, to my knowledge, deficits in reasoning ability are not a part of the diagnostic criteria.
