It's just like when I forget people's names and I have to describe them in some way. My coworker often gets referred to as the dark haired, brown nosed one.

I forget people's name very quickly so they become associated with visual descriptions, like when I was buying my car, the people there asked me who the carsalesman was. I didn't remember his name so he became known as "The old bald dude that looks like Hulk Hogan."

The guy laughed: "The old bald dude? I have to call him that sometime."

I still don't know why I blurted that out, lol.

Is speaking with hands considered an aspie trait? I do it frequently. But don't NTs as well speak with their hands?

My body language practically doesn't exist. I never use my hands while talking. If I'm doing any movements with my hands it means that I'm stimming, not more, not less. Oh, I've just asked my mother out of curiosity if I ever use hand gestures during conversation but she found it funny that I could think so.

I do sometimes and my mother does so extensively. I think it's a way to help you get words ideas out if they seem "stuck".
