I'm not an expert on ADA law, but I have been told by govt workers that Aspergers is not covered (yet) under ADA only Kanner's autism & Rhetts is.
The only reason I am getting help from the state is because I qualified for ADA status because of mild hearing loss then further qualified after being tested for brain injury.
