Obsessive Avatar Changing

I usually choose one avvie and stiuck with it, but when the rest of the Death Note episodes come out on the net in english, I will watch them and probably change my avvie after a few weeks.

I'm going to make an avatar in MSPaint after.

when i get my powerchair my avatar will be my picture

I just made a new avatar... anyone like it?

Well, I've hit 1500 posts, so that means an avatar change.

Pity, cos I liked the old one

and this one isn't exactly perfect due to a weird angle in the original photo.

I wish I could put myself in a pic.

You could if you have a scanner or a digital camera.

If you only have film camera take some pictures and get them put on a disk instead of printed film

I think he may have meant photoshopping his face (as gbollard did)... if you need help with that, I'm decent with photoshop (witness my work on my avatar)

I'd so do that, if I had Photoshop. I would put myself in a Final Fantasy related image.

I used Corel Photo-Paint but only because I've been using it for the last 12 years and know it well. The avatar is rough because I literally only spent about 10 minutes on it.

I might figure out how to do it in the GIMP and post it on my tech blog one day. (The GIMP because it's free and anyone can get it).

I actually used gimp to make that picture. What I've learned is that Gimp is better for content creation, such as that image I made, while photoshop is better for the actual act of "photoshopping" (as in cutting a head off of one image and pasting it on another). Photoshop has the magnetic lasso tool, which Gimp lacks, although Gimp has much better support when it comes to plug-ins.

Mine says quite a bit about me (Nintendo, video games, dragons, villains and seeing "the other side of the story"), plus I find it cute so I don't think I'll be changing mine anytime soon.
