Most memorables: Spacecases, Mr. Ben, definitively Sean's, and the fairy with the rainbow... also Pyraxis... if those people changed their avatars I would be very, very confused...

I've always liked cockney rebels avatar. It just sticks so strongly in my mind, despite being a stock one.

I changed my avatar for talk like a pirate day but I incorporated the old one into the pirate's hat. So far no one has seen the pirate's similarity to a certain little alien...
I found some great avatars for someone else so I changed mine for Halloween - twice so far and maybe again because I don't think I will be able to resist the spell of "Hello Clthulhu" - on the other hand I find cute things profoundly disturbing so maybe only for a day...

I liked it a lot, too Spacemonkey, but I found my current one, which was sooo weird I just *had* to put it on for a while, at least! I Also have a "Music+Computers=Sexy" one in the same style....but I like books better than computers

I've enjoyed Louisa's avatar (the one with the mocking bird on it), but that's an old one. I also liked SpaceCase's avatar with the anime girl sitting, I think it was the previous one. And Archmage's.

Hum, Serissa's current, and previous one.

SpaceCase's, Sean's, Mockingbird's new one, I rather like my current halloween themed one (Thanks Neuroman!)

phoenixkitten's old one (who is the new one supposed to be, btw?), BeeBee's, eamonn's old one, Vivi's, techstep's

Those are the ones that I recognized the most clearly when they were used.

You can tell it is a Cardassian by the spoon-shaped ridge on the head and another ridge under the eye.

GURPS? Hmmm.

I believe it stands for Generic Universal Role Playing System or something. It's basically exactly that. Designed by Steve Jackson I think?

I look at peoples avatars before I realise who's talking as well. None of them jump out at me I just recognize them. Like I'll regocnize some more easily than others because they post more frequently but I don't think that comments on the picture, more the activity of the person.
