If you are close to West Virginia cross the border to Huntington and there are tons of good support groups and services there.

WV Autism Training Center
WV Autism Services
College Program for Students with Asperger's Syndrome
Disability Services and Voc Rehab at Marshall University
etc.

Actually, being close to the border in any sub-standard state could be helpful. If you're in Cincinnati, just cross over to Kentucky or Indiana. Toledo to Michigan or Indiana....
