Yeh, to a degree. What I find is that as I've grown older it's easier (In my youth I felt like a geek, acted like a geek and was treated like a geek (I'm 54)) but I still prefer my own company and exploring my own thoughts as opposed to wasting time on idle social chit-chat (My mother used to say that I'd never say anything unless I thought it was important, so rarely spoke except to joke in my teens when I mixed with my brothers crowd of friends (I can count on one hand nearly all the friends I've ever made during my whole adult life, well just over if I use some of the fingers on the other hand).
