Sorry. I find wikipedia expresses myself better than I do.

It is definitly not depersonalization. It is like my mind doesn't know how to move my body in normal ways, but just does it as close to as it can but it is still off and abnormal, and noticing it makes me feel weird.

Ah. Okay. I had a feeling (and I was really hoping) that it wasn't depersonalization.

Sometimes I've felt like my movements were funny, like stiff and jerky, sort of robotic. I've always attributed it to my epilepsy.

Well, I know I don't have epilepsy, and that is something I am glad not to have.

Hey! that was really useful to me. Of course I often feel like Padium describes, I guess it's normal. However, this time I was looking for info about an odd feeling I used to feel during childhood till I was 8, and it's not depersonalization, but there's a link to "derealization" and seems like it fits. Thanks! :)
