Agreed. I usually get too bored to keep exercising. I've found that it helps to have something to listen to or watch while exercising.

What REALLY helps is finding some sort of activity you actually enjoy. I had a lot of fun just sparring in jiu-jitsu, which is a GREAT workout.

yep! I almost have to listen to music at the gym. And my music, not some dance crap.

Well golf and tennis does that for me. I just love golf, and after the round, you can realise you've just been on a 5 mile walk! I should try jiu-jitsu
