I have the desire to know a lot about people I find interesting too. Even the smallest details.

I really enjoyed singing at one point, guess that's kind of normal.

I most often get obsessed with TV shows and movies. It's quite lucky, really, because there are a lot of otherwise NT people online who are also obsessed, so I can find boards where I can talk to people about them.

Probably rock music, writing, reading, and possibly the internet.

I'd say probably whenever I get into a TV show or a movie. Who doesn't at one point or another?

I think my unusually large interest in the lore of games, sometimes even finding it more important than the gameplay.

It might not exactly be normal, but it's heard of.

I'm obsessed with the New York commercial music radio market. It's sort of "normal," or at least more acceptable because it's the industry I'm trying to get into.

Probably the obsessions/fascinations I've had with various bands I've liked. It's not unusual for a teenager to have loads of pictures of their favourite band, know all the lyrics to their songs and have loads of favourited webpages about them, and know all the band's full names, birthdays, histories and favourite things.

Both of my lifelong obsessions, music and literature, are very normal.

Over the years , my obsessions have been Greek mythology, religion and genealogy , in that order.

Star Wars, as it seems that a lot of people are into it, so it's 'normal.'

Art and the Japanese language and culture.

I think I'm finally outgrowing anime. Now I'm finding myself drawn to finer, more sophisticated pieces of artwork. My favorite artist is Margaret Keane, and my favorite piece by her is called "Our Own Private World". Being Catholic, I also appreciate the works of Michaelangelo.

You don't need to be Catholic to appreciate his work, you just need to be able to enjoy art.

It is even more complex: Whilst the catholic church, namely Popes Julius II, Clement VII and Leo X, paid him to provide some of the most spectacular pieces of art, later popes ordered to cover the "nudity" of some of his works, especially in the Sistine Chapel.

So a catholic admirer of Michaelangelo could have mixed feeling.
