I have improved signnificantly since I was diagnosed at the age of 11 in many ways but I have become more socially anxious recently and that has seemed to have slowed down the improvements and I can see myself almost going back a year or so, not that I mind though as I'm still barely noticable anyway (if I do say so myself)
