Whilst I'm absolutely terrible at non-verbal communication, apart from the dead obvious things like pointing, using my fingers for numbers and doing funny waving motions with my hands, this isn't a problem compared to my verbal problems.

Whilst I have adequate speech, I just can't talk to people I haven't known for a very long time, except for one-word replies if I'm functioning well.
