My analysis makes me unhappy too. My brain is so complex I think about everything and analyse my reasons for mine and other people's actions. I wish I could simply BE.

I don't think that I can stop from over analyzing everything. When I've tried to stop, I just end up over analyzing my analyzing behavior... I go in circles with myself.

I thought analyzing things was good, it helps you understand things. Am I wrong? Is thinking about things bad?

Have you ever heard of too much of a good thing? I sometimes wish I could control my over-analyzing, butI would really miss the depth of knowledge it results in. The over-analyzing does result in some issues with me not being able to do other things, because I'm too busy, though.
