Funny, another rare one of me smiling is of my nephew and me. I didn't notice the camera clicking at me when it was taken.
I kind of wonder if the camera looking directly at us/me makes it hard to express an emotion or smile. I feel the same way when someone is looking directly at me. It gives me the feeling of a deer caught in the headlights..... 
I must admit though, at gatherings like the one I just posted, I do tend to feel blank or apathetic when there are too many people around enjoying themselves. Makes me feel left out.....
